What to expect next:

You will receive a follow up email based on your request, and availability. If your request has been approved, we will jump into the design process, and you will be given some different pricing options based on your request. Majority of the ordering process will be done via email, and appointments may be scheduled when necessary (Phone call, in person, or via zoom)

Response times:

While I strive for the quickest response time possible, response times vary and are usually made on Mondays and Tuesdays. Due to the fact that I am a one woman show, this allows me to focus on creating and perfecting the custom orders for my clients during the remainder of the week. I understand you may feel eager to finalize the details of your order and I promise to respond to all inquiries as soon as I possibly can. I kindly ask for your trust in my commitment to addressing your inquiries by the designated time frame. Please allow extra time for responses during the busy wedding seasons. Throughout the week emails and inquiries are checked so any urgent week-of requests, changes, or questions will be answered as soon as possible.
